If your vehicle has been impounded by the New Braunfels Police Department, Comal County Sheriffs Department or Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), please adhere to the following rules and steps below to pick up your vehicle. 

 

• Owner of vehicle must be present to pick up, if owner is not available to pick up vehicle please fill out a VSF form and bring it with you. Download VSF form below.

• Bring proof of ownership

  • Copy of the Title, Registration or Insurance ID card.

• Picture ID

  • Drivers license, passport, military or state issued ID.​
